Fresh from a successful run of shows at the 2015 Adelaide Fringe Festival, 7-piece Sydney-based group Facemeat is set to launch its first single, Compliments To Your Band, on June 26 at 107 Projects, Redfern.
A thumping, off-kilter blues, Compliments… tells the bitter cautionary tale of a jealous musician watching his nemesis thrive on stage while he tries to seduce his girlfriend off it.
Facemeat will be joined on the night by prog-metal titans Serious Beak and teen folk sensation Brian Campeau.
