About
The “Loft” is a large space located on the top floor of the Centre and features some beautiful heritage features such as original doors and the original water tank. Its exposed beams and high ceilings make it a very light and airy space. The room features natural ventilation and hydronic heating throughout. The room has a kitchen located at one end, so is perfect for easy access to catering or refreshments. The space is ideal for interactive workshops, strategic planning days, dinner events or meetings. The “Loft” opens onto the Veranda, which overlooks the stunning “Outdoor Room” archways and Matron Ruby Grant Park. The Veranda is north facing so is well lit throughout the day. This space is fantastic for intimate activities such as networking events, but its main focus is as a break out space to the “Loft”.

Hire rates
In the spirit of equal access, 107 has three tiers of hire: Subsidised, Standard and Corporate. Subsidised Hire is for small, independent, unfunded, or not for profit creative organisations and individuals. Standard Hire is for small to medium sized organisations, and for profit events or workshops. Corporate Hire is for large organisations. Proceeds from this hire tier directly support our creative program of emerging and independent arts.
