107 is quite a Tardis. Beyond 107 Social and the immediate street level exhibition space (which is around 450sqm), there is a warren of flexible spaces suitable for a variety of uses. The entire building is 17oom2 and comprises: Tribal Warrior Offices, The Bower Workshop, The 107 Rooftop Garden, Conference Room, Shared spaces, a meeting room, open plan creative offices, artist studios and a sound studio.
The tours will also include sharing stories about the development of the building and the people who bring it to life.
Every Hour on the Hour the tours will leave from the 107 Donation Box parked in our driveway.
