Poster Making with the Rizzeria

VENUE: Joynton Avenue Creative Centre

In this 3-hour workshop we work together to design and print posters expressing and sharing our thoughts, concerns or messages on current environmental issues and themes. We will look at examples of poster or protest art, at handmade fonts and typography options and the creative possibilities that Risograph stencil printing offers.

Everyone will each design a 2-colour poster, with drawn, collaged or hand-written artwork for the Riso stencil printing process. By the end of the workshop we will print the posters and each participant can take up to 10 prints home (Note: There might be some waiting time during the printing module of the workshop).
