Multistory Building tells the unfolding and multi-layered story of 107 Projects. From its colourful and humble beginnings in a grungy warehouse in Surry Hills, growing into a community and home for the hearts of artists and eventually moving and expanding into the current Redfern space, Joynton Avenue and more recently South Eveleigh. Always a responsive, creative and inclusive organism, 107 Projects, really, is a metaphor for what happens when people let their joyful, talented or broken vulnerable stories be told. And of course, this story never ends!
An incredible mix of alumni and 107 family members come together to transform 107 REDFERN into a wonderland of colour, history and layers.
