An evening with the beautiful folk music stylings of HANNAH CAMERON (MELB) + KATIE WIGHTON (SYD)
Originally from Brisbane, Hannah Cameron relocated to Melbourne in 2009 where she began collaborations with bassist, James Gilligan. Their unique blend of voices with contrabass and nylon string guitars produce a particularly haunting sound with an incomparable sense of depth and anonymity.
Katie Wighton, also originally from Brisbane, moved to Sydney in 2011 where she began writing her recently released EP You Are Here. Katie's voice and lyrics convey an undeniable fragility - a tenderness that cannot beignored. With James Gilligan on bass and Christopher Port on drums and samples this will be Katie's final set of gigs before she heads to Europe in 2013.
