This school holidays kids will have the opportunity to try their hand at electronic music production with a series of fun and inspiring workshops facilitated by Hack Sounds in partnership with 107 Projects and Carlin McClellan from Play Anything. Using accessible instruments and technology, participants will make beats, melodies and compositions from scratch and develop their collaboration and performance skills.
Hack Sounds educates and supports new music creation by beginners and emerging creators. Their inclusively designed programs aim to reduce barriers to music and encourage creativity and social participation for marginalised communities, creating a space where all people can connect and make things with the latest technology and fun-to-use tools.
No experience necessary, suitable for kids ages 8-12.
Parent/carer is required to attend the full session with their child.
