GRUMBLE BOOGIE! An aerobic disco dance class flow every FRIDAY NIGHT!
GRUMBLE BOOGIE returns to ~ In Person ~ dance classes at the wonderful 107 Projects in Redfern. Come and move it around with us! It's a THANK YOU BODY!
Classes run for one hour and include gooey warm up, muscular movement, heart pump and choreographic flow. Deep, Daggy, Disco Destiny.

I am grateful for dancing in the portal of possibility with you, and to be moving again with pleasure and our shared powers.
The space is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilets. Please message me for any further needs or questions regarding the Boogie methodology.
There are two types of ticket. General at $20 and Boogie Supporter; where you can add a tip if you desire to assist the practice and soft landing in space.
