Why would you paint something realistically when you could just take a photograph instead? This is something you’ll find yourself wondering, because realism is a lot of effort. The work we have developed can stylistically be classified as realism, but the subject matter depicts occasions that cannot be captured on camera. The situations in our images began as vague, visual ideas. They were not seen in life. Through the application of specific devices such as realistic lighting, colour and detail, these imaginary scenes can be witnessed by all, and interpreted as real.
