Women around the world would agree that getting their period is anything but easy. But for a woman living in a crowded refugee camp, where feminine hygiene is largely overlooked, the situation is infinitely more difficult.

In the lead-up to Menstrual Hygiene Day, we're inviting you to come along for a surprising and lively night of craft and conversation at 107 projects in Redfern, to help raise awareness of this important issue.

This carefully curated event will feature a mix of guest speakers, and a fun hands-on activity to get you thinking and talking. Nibbles will be provided, and beer and wine available to purchase. Our lovely videographer will be there to capture footage of the evening.

There are limited spaces, so make sure you register!

P.s. We will ask one more thing - that you bring a piece of clothing you are willing to throw away. The rest will be revealed on the night!
