Prolific and pioneering house DJ and producer, Tony Humphries will be sitting down with Red Bull Music Academy alumna Lorna Clarkson for an in-depth lecture about the legacy of the New Jersey Sound, the house music sub genre spawning from his radio slots, studio productions with Strictly Rhythm and residencies at New Jersey club mainstay Zanzibar and London’s Ministry of Sound. With over three decades in the music industry and contemporaries including Frankie Knuckles, Shep Pettibone and Larry Levan, Tony’s vast influence spans both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
