Join Archibald winner, Blak Douglas, for 'Anatomy of the Cloud' where you'll be informed about political facts, social justice issues & identity. See the artistic focus on debunking stereotypes in First Nations arts whilst conversely introducing participants to the 'movers & shakers' of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander contemporary art practices.
Then embark on creating a signature Blak Douglas 'flat-bottom cloud' through a brief tutorial, learning the metaphor behind his use of these clouds in his award-winning paintings. A fun activity for ages 12 & up (unless assisted by a guardian)
