Our South Eveleigh Conference space is a light filled, air conditioned space suitable for large scale conferences, presentations, gatherings, workshops and discussions, and can accommodate up to 200 people. It opens directly onto an adjoining covered patio area which can be hired together with the conference space for quiet break aways or alternative meeting space. Spending the day? We can offer a delicious, healthy catering package to keep the brain alert. From scrumptious sandwiches to fresh juices and salads, we can tailor to any budget.

Availabilities

107 South Eveleigh is available for hire 7 days a week, with bookings possible until 10pm. Get in contact via the application form to secure the 107 South Eveleigh Conference Space!

Hire rates

In the spirit of equal access, 107 has three tiers of hire: Subsidised, Standard and Corporate. Subsidised Hire is for small, independent, unfunded, or not for profit creative organisations and individuals. Standard Hire is for small to medium sized organisations, and for profit events or workshops. Corporate Hire is for large organisations. Proceeds from this hire tier directly support our creative program of emerging and independent arts.
