South Eveleigh Hire Rates
Hire fees at 107 are on a sliding scale between subsidised, standard rates, and corporate rates.
Corporate Rates
Offered to corporate clients hiring the venue, a percentage of the corporate rate goes directly towards 107’s charitable purpose of offering more subsidised hire places to unfunded creative projects and community groups. The corporate rates also help to provide funding for our social impact programs like Free Feed, Art Somewhere, and Hack Sounds.
Standard Rates
These are the everyday hire rates for all non-corporate groups and individuals. *see table below*

Subsidised Rates
Each year 107 offers a limited number of subsidised hire places to events and projects that align closely with our mission to encourage everyone to live creatively and generate a benefit to local communities. Up to 50% off the standard rate, these places are for the most part allocated through the biannual creative program callouts.
