107 Projects are bringing Art Somewhere to Green Square every fortnight for 2020!

Art Somewhere welcomes all levels and abilities to experiment and learn creative practices in a non-structured teaching environment.

Turn up any time and stay for as long as you like. Our facilitators will run some creative activities with you throughout the day or alternatively you can work on a project and just ask for help as and when you need.

Art Somewhere is a place to play. We provide the materials, the space and the support to allow you to try out new things in a friendly and safe environment.

Please bring along $5 donation for art supplies to take part!

For our first event of the year we have a special guest artist Tianli Zu, an Australian, Beijing born multimedia artist, specialising in paper-cuts, animation and cinematic projection. She'll be sharing some creative tips and tricks with papercutting and watercolours.

If you'd like to join in more activity on the day, we have a Lunar New Year printmaking workshop with Rizzeria and Little Fictions performance exploring the Year of the Rat.
