RAG Workshop: Up-cycling with Natural Materials

Feel like a basket case when you keep finding crap around the house? You know, like those daggy baskets that you just never use or that ugly picture frame or dated kitchen stool ???

This workshop will show you how to upcycle disused objects and how to find art materials around the house and the local park. Reinvigorate your objects and creative mind with the beauty of natural plant-life.

Redfern Artist Group (RAG) artists Jo Tracy, Karin Hasse and Julie Doye, will guide you through the process of creating your own object-da masterpiece with minimal fuss and a lot of fun. The workshop will also include exercises to stimulate the imagination and expand your knowledge of how to repurpose the mundane into the marvelous.

All tools and materials will be provided… but feel free to bring your own object and collected materials.
