Briana was a finalist in the 2012 National Jazz Awards for Voice and her debut album was recently nominated for for 'Best Vocal Jazz Album' in the 2012 Australian Jazz Bell Awards. Preparing for the release of her second album 'Paper Mache City' (recorded in New York 2012), Briana will be performing a playful selection of tunes from the upcoming album and experimenting with vocal effects and loops.The new songs and sound resonate The Beatles, James Taylor, The Bird and the Bee (USA), Becca Stevens (NYC), Fiona Apple and Joni Mitchell.
