The “Studios” is a stunning architectural marvel with wooden archways that protrude through the windows out over the “Outdoor Room” and park. The room is very long and narrow and provides a calm and airy space that would be perfect for banquet dinners, run way shows, small acoustic performances or cocktail events. The space also looks down onto the “Classroom” area via the large voids which have been cut out of the original structure.

Hire rates
In the spirit of equal access, 107 has three tiers of hire: Subsidised, Standard and Corporate. Subsidised Hire is for small, independent, unfunded, or not for profit creative organisations and individuals. Standard Hire is for small to medium sized organisations, and for profit events or workshops. Corporate Hire is for large organisations. Proceeds from this hire tier directly support our creative program of emerging and independent arts.
