Upstairs at 107 we have subsidised open plan office spaces available for small creative businesses. Featuring plenty of natural light, power outlets, free wi-fi, and shared with other brilliant creative business minds, our offices are the perfect place to blitz those administrative goals!
Currently available:
- 3 x single spaces (3.4 square meters), available now, $78 + GST per week (option to make a double space)
- 1x double space (6.8 square meters), available now, $156 + GST per week
Hot Desks
Need some short term desk space to focus on delivering a creative project?
107 offers hot-desk space within the upstairs offices for exactly that! (and any other reason you may desire a short term desk space at a creative hub.) There are plenty of power outlets and wi-fi for your computing needs.
Hot-desk spaces (approx. 1.1m wide) are $50 a week inclusive of GST.
