The Venue Programs and Operations Manager will lead and manage the day to day running of a multi-purpose community facility and events space. The role involves managing tenants and events, securing and liaising with stakeholders, sponsors and partners, venue logistics, engaging with public, coordinating creative and community programs, sales tasks and administration of enquiries and bookings.
Joynton Avenue Creative Centre is a new facility – the successful candidate will have a high degree of responsibility to set an operational structure for the venue, including to learn how the facility works, establish systems and procedures, and evaluate the types of programs and events that are best suited for the centre.
