YFM presents a night of edible conversations and food ideas around turning food waste into opportunities of creativity, deliciousness and stronger community!

The Youth Food Movement is a national organisation that aims to help young people build skills and knowledge around food, including teaching us why knowing where our food comes from matters.

YFM are eager to open with a night featuring Sarah Wilson, interactive forums, discussions and cooking demonstrations from Aaron Teece of Studio Neon.  Delicious snacks and canapés will be provided to fuel inspiring food conversation. And to kick off the food convo's you will get the opportunity to taste awesome vegetable dips made from wonky veggies locally grown in Sydney basin as part of the new Waste Not Dip range to be released by Youth Food Movement Sydney. Our dips are GF, vegan and Kosher and best of all - lovingly made by YFM and will be available to purchase on the night. New to market these dips will help incite conversations about food, provenance and waste free ideas. So join us & write WEDNESDAY the 15th MARCH from 6:00pm in your calendar.

Bring yourself and your food conscious friends to the rooftop garden bar at 107 with an open mind and an appetite for change for Sydney's first exclusive night of edible conversations that bring a whole new meaning to food waste!

Looking at our food’s ‘Whole Story’ from beyond just paddock to plate but how to better utilise our awesome local produce and to prevent it going to landfill.
